Interior design websites that turn browsers into consultations
Homeowners shortlist interior designers on their phones, usually from photos. We build fast, portfolio-led websites for interior design and renovation firms in Singapore and Johor Bahru.
Interior design is a trust purchase with a long decision cycle. A homeowner planning an HDB, condo or landed renovation will look at many firms, save photos, compare styles and read reviews before booking a single consultation. Your website has to survive that comparison: look as good as your work, load fast enough to browse on the MRT, and make booking a consultation feel easy.

JT Studio is a demo build for a fictional Singapore interior design firm, not a real client. We built it to show what a premium, editorial interior design website can look like while still loading quickly on mobile.

What an interior design website needs
A portfolio that does the selling
Photos are your strongest sales tool, and also the thing most likely to make a site slow. We serve every image in modern formats at the right size for the screen, and load photos further down the page only when the visitor scrolls to them. The result is a gallery that feels instant, even with dozens of projects.
Project stories, not just pictures
A good project page explains the brief, the constraints and the result: property type, size, budget range if you are comfortable sharing it, timeline, and what the client wanted to change. Before/after photos are especially persuasive. Each project page is also a chance to rank for searches like "4-room HDB renovation" or "condo interior design" in a specific estate.
Packages and pricing guidance
Homeowners want a sense of cost before they call. Even a simple "packages from" table or a list of what affects price filters out poor-fit enquiries and builds trust with the right ones.
A consultation form that qualifies leads
A short, multi-step form (property type, rooms, budget range, timeline) gives you the details you need before the first call, and feels lighter to fill in than one long form. A WhatsApp button stays one tap away for people who would rather message.
Credentials up front
If you hold relevant accreditations, show them clearly. In Singapore that might be CaseTrust accreditation or a listing on HDB's Directory of Renovation Contractors. In Malaysia, CIDB registration matters to many homeowners. These details often decide the shortlist.
Local SEO for interior designers
Many searches for interior designers include a place or property type: "interior design Punggol", "HDB renovation Tampines", "interior designer Johor Bahru". A showroom or studio that receives clients should have a complete Google Business Profile with project photos added regularly and every review answered. If you only visit clients at their homes, the profile can be set up as a service-area business with your address hidden. Our local SEO service covers both cases.
Reviews matter more here than in most industries, because renovation is expensive and hard to undo. Ask every client for a review at handover, when they are happiest, with a direct review link.
Singapore and Johor Bahru
Singapore homeowners often search by HDB town or condo name and expect to see HDB-specific experience. In Johor Bahru, many clients are local homeowners and some are Singaporeans renovating a second home. Showing both audiences that you understand their property type, language and budget currency (SGD or RM) makes your site feel built for them.
What it costs
Business websites start from S$1,200 for up to 5 pages. A full portfolio site like the JT Studio demo is larger, so it gets a fixed quote after the free audit. Local SEO and Google Business Profile setup starts from S$250.
